Otherwise, upgrading using FedUp from 20 to 21 and from 21 to 22 only involved removing some conflicting packages prior to the upgrade and installing them again later.
Somehow it re-enabled the display manager that I don’t use though; I’ll have to disable it again later. And trying to install VirtualBox results in some kind of a conflict:
Error: nothing provides kernel-uname-r = 4.0.8-300.fc22.x86_64 needed by kmod-VirtualBox-4.0.8-300.fc22.x86_64-4.3.30-1.fc22.x86_64
Also, goddamnit Kdenlive, why do you have to crash all the time!? Well at least the restore-from-crash feature mostly works…
Some fun with plywood. Not sure if I fully like the end result, but it for sure is quite funky which was one of the goals.
In this video I extend the case to fit the power supply and the control/midi board, and probably a small mixer in the future. The analog sound generation boards will be external to this.
It’s not really finished at the end of this video as since then I added a carrying handle, and it doesn’t have the final knob panel and neither some other details.
