1. This is a fork of an upstream mod.  The starting point was obtained
originally as follows:

      rm -fr minetest-exchange exchange
      git clone https://github.com/Zeg9/minetest-exchange.git
      mv     minetest-exchange/exchange .
      rm -fr minetest-exchange

2. Partial list of changes:

2a. Replace  references to  default-chest PNG image(s) with references
to JPEG replacement(s).

2b. Detab, trim white space, and convert newlines to UNIX format.

2c. Add the files "00README" and "oldcoder.txt" (this file).
