1. This is a fork of an older mod.  The starting point is to be deter-
mined and documented.

2. Partial list of changes:

2a. Scaled PNG files up 4X using "scalerx".

2b. Renamed  "register_pie" (a local function) to  "pie.register_xpie"
(a global function).

Added a global function  "pie.register_pie" that calls  "pie.register_
xpie".

The gymnastics with the "_xpie" name prevent  possible crashes related
to  alternate  implementations of  "register_pie" that  apparently ex-
ist.

2c. Detabbed ".lua" and ".txt" files and set newline format to UNIX.

2d. Removed "mod.conf" and screenshot file(s).

2e. Added the files "00README" and "oldcoder.txt" (this file).
