1. This is a fork of Gabriel Pérez-Cerezo's fork of the MT mod "signs_
lib".

We started with  a copy of  Mr. Pérez-Cerezo's fork  as it stood after
October 19, 2017.

At the  time that  this fork was created,  there was an upstream "git"
repo for  Mr. Pérez-Cerezo's fork,  but it didn't work.  So, this code
was based on a non-"git" snapshot.

This mod should not be synced with upstream, except in small respects,
or things will break.

2. Partial list of changes:

* De-tabbed text files  using a tab-field width of 4, trimmed trailing
white space, and converted newlines to UNIX format.

* Modified to use API from mainstream "signs_lib".

* Removed screenshot file(s) and "mod.conf".
